A Quick Word

Got a minute? Let’s be real: We want to read Scripture but don’t know where to start. Or maybe we do, but we don’t always have time to fit a formal Bible study into our week. The Word of God should be at the center of our routine, yet, sadly, it can often get bumped to the bottom of our priority list. “A Quick Word” is an invitation to un-complicate your relationship with Scripture — and to jump back into it whenever you find yourself with a brief opening in your schedule to relax, reflect, and pray. Sometimes it only takes a minute to hear the Lord’s voice. A match is something small that creates urgency in time and space. It is small but not insignificant — offering light or warmth or total consumption. That’s how it is with God’s Word. The Good News is meant both to fill and consume us. And we are meant to know Christ personally.
