amdg Necklace

amdg is an acronym for the Latin phrase “Ad maiorem Dei gloriam” or “for the greater glory of God.” This motto stems from the founder of the Jesuits, Saint Ignatius of Loyola, as a spiritual battle cry through the highs and lows of life. Wear this necklace as a reminder of our unwavering hope in Jesus, knowing that this life won’t be easy, but He works all things for good and his Glory. “In this world, you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.” John 16:33  Necklace Details The Medal is Brass polished, and the chain is Gold filled and ethically handmade in Southern California. Medals vary in markings because they are entirely handmade. Storage & Preservation Don't wear your Brass jewelry in the shower or swimming. Water can be very harsh on metals. Avoid storing brass and gold-plated jewelry in the bathroom or humid environments. Humidity is very bad for metals and will cause them to tarnish. To store your metal jewelry, wrap each piece in soft fabric and store it in an airtight bag. It is normal for the polished Brass to get darker over time. The great thing is its solid polished brass, so you could either have it re-polished or you can clean the polished brass medal yourself. Safe & Elegant Craftsmanship: Our jewelry is lead-free, nickel-free, and cadmium-free, crafted to be safe for sensitive skin.
