A Lazy Sunday by Millie Putland

Millie Putland is a UK-based digital illustrator and the founder of Millie Illustrates. She launched her business in 2020 during lockdown, turning to illustration as a way to ease uncertainty and spread joy through art that evoked memories, nostalgia, and moments worth holding onto. Working in a painterly digital style full of texture and character, Millie creates bright, playful prints, puzzles, and stationery that sparks imagination and connection. A lifelong creative, she sees art as both reflection and possibility—a reminder to view the world with the same wonder and playfulness we did as children. Her work often explores themes of travel, memory, and magic, with seasonal collections, like her whimsical Halloween pieces, inviting viewers to step into worlds of enchantment. For Millie, illustration is more than art—it’s an invitation to slow down, dream, and rediscover the magic in everyday life.
