A Different Tune - Level 3 Start to Read!® Book

A love of reading puts a world of ideas within reach. Intended for young readers with some experience at Levels 1 and 2 in the Start to Read! series, this Level 3 storybook features important ideas about being or feeling different, as it introduces 45-150 new words. In A Different Tune, a story that opens with, “Once upon a time, in a land far away, everyone looked alike and did things the same way," children learn that being different from everyone else can be a wonderful gift. Many of the vocabulary words can be read by changing the initial sound or by rhyming with a known word. This book is just one selection in Dr. James Hoffman’s Start to Read! Early Reading Program, with storybooks across three progressive reading levels. Level 3
