Polaris A-Arm Bearing & Bushing Kit HD Delrin Upgrade

Polaris A-Arm Bearing & Bushing Kit – HD Delrin Upgrade Product Description The Polaris A-Arm bearing and bushing kit is designed to repair worn suspension components and restore proper suspension performance. This complete rebuild kit replaces worn A-Arm bearings, seals, shafts, and bushings commonly found on Polaris UTV suspension systems. Factory rubber bushings can wear quickly and allow unwanted suspension movement. This kit upgrades those components with heavy-duty Delrin bushings, providing improved durability, smoother suspension operation, and increased suspension travel. Each kit includes hardened shafts, seals, and upgraded bushings to ensure long-lasting performance and proper fitment. The Delrin material offers superior resistance to wear, deformation, and harsh off-road environments compared to standard rubber bushings. Designed for both upper and lower A-Arm repair, this kit helps eliminate suspension play, reduce noise, and restore proper suspension geometry for improved handling and ride quality. These kits are sold per A-Arm, allowing you to repair individual suspension arms as needed.
