Polaris RZR Pro R A-Arm Bushing Kit (2022+)

Pro R A-Arm Bushing Kit The A-Arm Bushing Kit for the 2022+ Polaris RZR Pro R is engineered for riders who demand maximum durability, smoother suspension movement, and drastically reduced maintenance. Designed as a direct upgrade over factory bushings, this kit uses high-quality Delrin for superior wear resistance and long service life in extreme off-road conditions. Each bushing is gun-barrel drilled, ensuring 100% grease coverage throughout the entire bushing surface. To keep contaminants out and lubrication in, this kit features three layers of protection against mud, sand, grit, and trail debris. A precision-fit 4130 chromoly inner sleeve snaps securely into place, creating an exceptional seal at both ends. For the final line of defense, an external O-ring grease groove retains lubrication while preventing grime from entering the bushing or metal tabs. The result is smoother suspension action, longer service intervals, and performance that stays consistent ride after ride. With this kit installed, your Pro R suspension will operate cleaner, last longer, and stay ahead of the competition—less maintenance, more riding. 🧰 Key Features High-quality Delrin construction for durability and low friction Three layers of sealing protection against dirt, sand, and mud Gun-barrel drilled for complete grease distribution Precision-fit 4130 chromoly inner sleeves External O-ring grease groove for added sealing and lubrication Reduced maintenance compared to OEM bushings Direct replacement upgrade for factory A-arm bushings 🚙 Vehicle Fitment Polaris RZR Pro R – 2022 Polaris RZR Pro R – 2023 Polaris RZR Pro R – 2024 Polaris RZR Pro R – 2025 🔧 Installation Notes Direct replacement for factory A-arm bushings Designed for optimal grease retention and sealing Professional installation recommended for best results ⚠ Important Notes Regular greasing is recommended for maximum lifespan Verify compatibility before installation ⭐ Why Upgrade?
