Powered by the same revolutionary Ellipse A.I. Core, this ball pairs dual-procession core technology with a brand-new solid coverstock tested by our top in-house athletes. The result is one of our cleanest covers yet, engineered to clear the fronts with ease and deliver a smooth, predictable backend motion. And with its asymmetrical core, you’ll still get the punch off the breakpoint—without the sharp, unpredictable moves. While the color combination may turn heads, it’s not just for looks. This precise color blend was selected through extensive performance testing and has proven to yield the best response when paired with the new RB 89 solid coverstock formula. It’s not about standing out—it’s about staying in the pocket. If you bowl in a high-friction environment or need something that won’t jump off your hand, Origin EX gives you that perfect balance of front-lane clearance and reliable continuation. RB 89 Solid Coverstock The Origin EX introduces a brand-new material to the Reserve Blend family: RB 89 Solid Reactive. Designed specifically for high-friction environments, this cover gets through the front part of the lane with ease, reducing the risk of early hook while offering a controlled, readable shape downlane. RB 89 Solid gives bowlers a smooth, stable motion—offering the kind of consistent motion that bowlers rely on when friction is high. Whether you’re facing beat-up lane panels or just need something smoother in your arsenal, this cover delivers clean predictability with no compromises. Ellipse A.I. Asymmetric Core The Ellipse A.I. Core, is designed to push the boundaries of asymmetric performance. By distributing weight evenly across the Y and Z axes, this core generates an exceptional, consistent torquing reaction that powers through even the toughest lane conditions. The single-density weight block ensures that top-to-bottom balance is maintained, allowing for maximum energy retention and an aggressive backend motion. With the highest intermediate diff-to-diff ratio ever seen in a 900 Global ball, The Origin line sets a new standard for dynamic core technology, delivering unmatched control and power with every throw.
