9 Mile Chef Knife

The 9 Mile is a handmade chef knife, made in Bozeman, Montana, from Nitro-V stainless steel, a modern, nitrogen-alloyed steel prized for excellent edge retention and corrosion resistance, with an edge that's still easy to bring back to razor-sharp. It's built to be the knife you reach for first: clean through proteins, herbs, and vegetables, whether you are prepping for 2 or 200. The 9 Mile is what serious chefs reach for every time.  The contoured handle is shaped to fill your hand for a secure grip and all-day comfort. Corby bolts fasten the handle to the full tang,  a refined detail and a structural one; additionally, every joint is sealed with industrial-strength epoxy. Built to last for generations.
