This White Oak slab has a long, straight shape with warm color, steady grain, and a natural center crack running through much of the length. The wide surface and cleaner overall form make it a practical slab for a larger project, while the knots and live edges keep the piece from looking too plain. This slab would work well as a dining table, with enough width for a usable tabletop. It could also be used for a conference table, where the long surface would provide plenty of space. Another good option would be a counter top, especially for a long serving area, bar, or workspace.
