This Eastern White Pine slab from Tanglewood features warm golden hues and a striking ribbon of grain that flows continuously from top to bottom. The grain tightens and widens around scattered knots, creating beautiful natural patterns that give the slab depth and personality. Retaining its live edges and harvested from the grounds of Tanglewood in Lenox, this piece blends Berkshire history with timeless craftsmanship. This slab would make a beautiful tabletop, where the flowing grain becomes the focal point of the room. It would also be an excellent choice for a custom kitchen island, bringing warmth and natural character to a gathering space. For a unique project, it could be crafted into a substantial reception desk, showcasing the pine’s rich color and distinctive grain movement.
