Eastern White Pine from the historic Tanglewood grounds in Lenox carries a story as rich as its appearance. Warm golden tones flow through the slab, accented by tight, uniform growth rings that create a striking ribbon-like pattern from end to end. The contrast between the creamy sapwood and darker heartwood adds depth and visual interest, while the live edges preserve the natural character of the tree. This slab would make a beautiful countertop, bringing warmth and New England character into a dining room, studio, or gathering space. It would also be an excellent headboard, where the continuous grain pattern could become a stunning focal point in a bedroom. For a distinctive custom project, it could be crafted into a striking bar top that showcases the history and beauty of this remarkable tree from Tanglewood.
