85% Ground Beef

FARM-RAISED | SINGLE-SOURCE | PROCESSED ON OUR RANCH Most ground beef in America is a blend. One pound can contain meat from dozens of animals, multiple farms, and sometimes multiple countries — ground together, packaged, and sold with a sticker. Ours isn't. Every pound of McBee Farm Ground Beef comes from a single animal, raised in the Heartland and processed through our own SQF-certified facility. One cow. One source. One family accountable from pasture to package. The 85/15 ratio is the one we grind for our own table — enough marbling to stay juicy in a skillet, lean enough to build a week of meals around. Burgers that don't shrink to hockey pucks. Tacos that don't weep grease. Meatballs, meat sauce, chili, stuffed peppers, breakfast hash — this is the workhorse cut your freezer should be built around. Why McBee Ground Beef hits different: Single-animal grinds — no commingling, no mystery, no blended sourcing Heartland Raised Cattle — grain-finished for consistent flavor and marbling Processed in our own SQF-certified facility — farm-to-wrapper, no middleman Vacuum-sealed and flash-frozen at peak freshness to lock in quality Backed by the Cowboy Code — if it doesn't earn a spot in your freezer, we'll make it right Choose your pack: 1 lb — try it for a night.
