ASG 18" Torque Arm (Folding, with 2 Balancers)

Features: Includes: 2 tool balancers and a tool holder Supports handheld assembly tools, including electronic drivers Reduces operator strain from repetition, vibration, and torque Helps prevent arm, wrist, and shoulder damage. Wide performance range; simple to install and operate Built for long-lasting industrial use Folding arms: Absorb orthogonal torque reaction forces Great for extended reach, and compact storage when not in use.  Tool torque must not exceed rated arm capacity The ASG 18" Torque Arm provides ergonomic support for handheld tool operations in repetitive assembly tasks. Designed to reduce physical strain, it helps limit stress on the operator’s arm, wrist, and shoulder by offsetting torque, vibration, and motion during frequent use. This folding arm style improves accessibility in tight spaces and allows compact storage while still delivering dependable coverage. Integrated with a tool holder and two tool balancers, this setup offers consistent alignment and load balance for tools weighing up to 3.30 lb. The tool balancer arm ensures controlled positioning during fastening, while the folding torque arm structure is built to absorb orthogonal torque reaction forces efficiently. Maximum torque support reaches 11.06 lbf.ft, making it suitable for light to mid-range handheld tools. The adjustable reach, spanning from 3.93 to 18.38 inches, provides versatility across various workstation layouts. With minimal setup and durable modular construction, the ASG 18" Torque Arm is a practical addition to any production line seeking reliable, low-strain tool handling.
