This complete bolt-on assembly features three flush mounted taillights in the Tour Pack lid. All the lights are flush mounted completely smooth into the lid, and the lid is finished in final primer which is ready to go directly to paint. This complete assembly includes: Lid with Flush Mounted LEDs Lower tub Complete hinge & latch assembly Keys & locks Retractable tether Weatherstrip Plug-n-Play Wiring Harness for the LEDs Rubber floor mat The lid & base are injection molded for a completely smooth interior. All holes are pre-drilled & pre-fit to make this an easy to bolt-on fit. This lid is compatible with any existing 2014-2023 Harley-Davidson backrest pad.
