ASG 18" Torque Arm (with 2 Balancers)

Features: Includes: 2 tool balancers and a tool holder Supports handheld assembly tools, including electronic drivers Reduces operator strain from repetition, vibration, and torque Helps prevent arm, wrist, and shoulder damage. Wide performance range; simple to install and operate Built for long-lasting industrial use Tool torque must not exceed rated arm capacity The ASG 18" Torque Arm improves ergonomic handling for handheld tools during repetitive assembly work. It reduces user fatigue by offsetting motion, vibration, and torque stress while helping maintain tool stability through continuous cycles. It integrates two tool balancers and a holder to support balanced movement across its linear path. This setup accommodates tools weighing up to 3.30 lb while managing torque loads of up to 11.06 lbf.ft. As a modular linear torque arm, it maintains tool alignment along a controlled track and adapts to task layouts with a reach spanning from 12.04 to 17.71 inches. The tool balancer arm promotes guided repositioning without applying added strain, and the linear configuration is ideal for straight-line fastening patterns. Constructed for easy integration into new or retrofitted stations, the ASG 18" Torque Arm is designed to deliver consistent performance and durability over time.
