I'd recommend the Postpartum Program if you've had a baby in the last three months or if you have more than a two finger ab separation. The workouts are still really challenging but if you need them to be more difficult after you get started, we can adjust but I want to help you protect your pelvic floor muscles. The BodyByBree 8 Week Training Programs help you literally transform from the inside out. Why does it work? Because each week of the program is intentionally structured to help you take a holistic approach to improving your overall health. I give you the tools to develop mentally and physically to create a lasting lifestyle change! Ready to get started?
