8 Piece Wheel Torque Master Kit For 1/2 Inch Drive Impact Wrench - LT1500

8-Piece Set. Automotive manufacturers require that wheels be tightened accurately to a specific torque value. Failure to follow their requirements will result in damage to wheels, brake drums and brake rotors. Mechanics/technicians sometimes cut corners by dialing down their torque wrench and estimate torque settings. This procedure is a very dangerous shortcut. Wheel Torque Master Sockets will torque wheel nuts to the correct torque the first time, every time, on most makes and models of Foreign & Domestic cars, light trucks, SUV’s and vans. Torque Master Sockets are easy to use and are color coded for quick identification. Using a torque socket avoids over-torquing wheel nuts and prevents Major wheel and Brake damage. These tools are designed for use with a ½” drive impact wrench. TORQUE MASTER SOCKETS PREVENT Customer call-backs Over-torquing wheel nuts Distortion of wheels, drums and rotors Damage to alloy/aluminum wheels Brake pulsation Difficulties in removing wheel nuts Damaged or broken studs Wheel vibration/pulsation TORQUE MASTER SOCKETS FEATURE For use with a ½”drive impact gun/wrench only Fast, easy and cost effective Work on most makes and models of Foreign & Domestic cars, light trucks, vans, SUV’s, minivans & EV’s Calibrated to an impact wrench of 250 Lb. Ft. with 90-100 psig of air inlet pressure Color and letter coded for quick identification Torque Ft/Lbs. and N.M. also shown on each individual socket for more identification Large selection of kits and 29 individual sockets available plus 2 new sockets for 2023 No moving parts Made with forged steel Powder coated for long lasting color identification LT1500 – 8-PIECE WHEEL TORQUE MASTER KEY SUCCESS DRIVERS For original equipment wheels and wheel nuts only Time saving alternative to a standard hand held torque wrench Convert any impact gun/wrench into a powered torque wrench by bleeding torque from the impact gun/wrench. The length and diameter of the torque socket shaft determines how much torque is allowed to reach the wheel nut Once the correct torque is achieved the torque socket will twist slightly disengaging the impact gun/wrench preventing over-torquing Should be used every time wheels are changed or replaced regardless of the make, model or year of vehicle Inaccurately torqued wheel nuts will damage a brake system Must be used with calibrated impact gun/wrench Wheel nuts must be tightened in a star pattern criss-cross sequence Not for wheel removal LT1500 – 8-PIECE WHEEL TORQUE MASTER KIT INCLUDES PART NUMBER DESCRIPTION LT1500A 13/16″ – 100 Ft/Lb Socket LT1500B 21mm – 80 Ft/Lb Socket LT1500C 19mm – 100 Ft/Lb Socket LT1500E 19mm – 80 Ft/Lb Socket LT1500F 19mm – 65 Ft/Lb Socket LT1500G 17mm – 80 Ft/Lb Socket LT1500I 7/8″ – 120 Ft/Lb Socket LT1500Q 7/8″ – 140 Ft/Lb Socket LT-1500WC Wall Chart – 11″ x 14″ (Color) CASE-10 PIECE 10 Piece Case
