Proudly manufactured in the USA, each pad is crafted from open-cell Basotect® melamine foam laminated to a strong nonwoven backing. The result is a melamine floor machine eraser sponge pad that delivers powerful performance without the need for harsh chemical cleaners. Water-Activated Micro-Abrasive Cleaning Technology When fully saturated with water, these floor machine cleaning pads generate controlled friction as they move across the floor. This micro-abrasive action loosens and lifts embedded dirt, stubborn black heel marks, and scuffs from difficult areas. Because they clean effectively without stripping or damaging the protective finish, they are ideal for maintaining hallways, patient care areas, classrooms, cafeterias, and other high-traffic spaces where cleanliness and presentation are essential. Optimized for Low-Speed Rotary & Automatic Floor Machines Engineered for compatibility with standard-speed equipment, these industrial floor cleaning pads perform best on single-disc rotary machines, oscillating floor machines, and low-speed automatic scrubbers operating between 150 and 350 RPM. They are particularly effective for deep cleaning applications using automatic scrubbers in large commercial and institutional facilities, delivering strong results while protecting floor coatings. Compatible with Standard Pad Drivers & Multiple Floor Surfaces Designed to fit common 8″ round pad holders, these melamine floor cleaning pads integrate smoothly into existing maintenance systems. They are suitable for a wide variety of commercial flooring types, including LVT, VCT, terrazzo, ceramic tile, porcelain tile, epoxy finishes, and concrete surfaces.
