8" CarbonFlex Beadlock Ring

RWI Motorsports CarbonFlex Beadlock Rings were engineered from the ground up through years of real-world testing with elite ATV racers across multiple disciplines. Built from a heat-treated carbon-fiber/polymer composite, these rings deliver exceptional strength while offering a level of controlled flex that traditional aluminum beadlock rings simply can’t match. This flexible impact-recovery design allows the ring to return to its original shape under load or hard landings and helps shield the tire sidewall from cuts and pinch damage. Unlike aluminum rings that discolor or gouge from debris, our CarbonFlex composite maintains its appearance and integrity through demanding conditions. Top professional racers around the globe rely on this style of composite technology for its durability, consistent bead sealing, and long-term performance advantages. Our latest generation features an improved material formula for added strength and resilience, a refined profile that enhances tire-to-bead sealing, and updated bolt-start points that make installation faster and easier. To identify the newest version, look for the RWI Motorsports stamp molded directly into the ring. Stronger. Smarter. Better sealing. And built for riders who push their equipment to the limit.
