8.6 Blackout Match 250gr BTHP Subsonic Velocity Ammunition (Made in USA by Veteran Owned Business)

Product Overview: Velocity Ammunition’s 8.6 Blackout Match is fresh on the market. Ours is a combination of a Match .338 projectile achieving the new spicy subsonic riffle ammo you can shoot out of whatever niche bolt gun you’ve built or 8.6 upper you’ve slapped on an AR-10 lower. As always, we’re aiming for consistent, reliable and affordable offerings. Doing that, just like with our 300 blackout, we’d like to reduce the barrier to entry and get more shooters into shooting 8.6 blackout. Bullet:  Match BTHP (.338 250 grain) Overall Length: 2.650” Muzzle Velocity: 1050 FPS (16” AR Upper) Important safety notice — Intended use: These 8.6 projectiles are optimized for accuracy and external ballistics and are not designed to reliably expand at subsonic velocities. They are not intended, recommended, or warranted for hunting or for any application where rapid terminal expansion is required. Use at your own risk. Customers seeking ammunition for hunting should select our 350Gr “Baba Yaga” round for correct terminal performance at subsonic velocities. Suppressor Use Notice: This ammunition is designed with suppressed use in mind; however, users should always confirm safe firearm setup before suppressor use. Before attaching a suppressor, verify projectile stabilization and safe operation by firing unsuppressed and inspecting targets for clean, round impacts. Confirm suppressor alignment and barrel concentricity prior to use. Do not continue firing if keyholing, unusual sound signatures, point-of-impact anomalies, or signs of projectile instability are observed. Always follow suppressor manufacturer guidance and ensure all components are properly installed and torqued.
