FAQ (Anticipated Customer Questions) Is 7mm too heavy or difficult to install compared to thinner nets? While 7mm nets are thicker and heavier than lighter alternatives (4mm, 5mm, 6mm), the included lacing cord and quick ties plus clear instructions make installation manageable. Most users find the durability trade-off worth the extra effort. Does this net work with all regulation goals? Yes — this net is sized for standard 6′×6′×7′ frames. Just ensure your goal allows for full perimeter lacing to anchor securely. How does it perform under weather stress? Very well. The materials are treated for UV resistance and weatherproofing; provided proper maintenance (occasional cleaning, tension re-adjustment), it holds up through seasons. When would I choose this over a 5mm or 6mm net? If you have very frequent use, experience fast shots, own goals for tournaments, or want the longest possible service life — the 7mm is the best choice. For lighter or occasional use, 5mm or 6mm may suffice and be slightly less costly or easier to install. What’s the warranty / lifespan I can expect? While individual lifespans vary by usage and climate, users of similarly constructed 7mm nets report multiple seasons of heavy use (2-5 years or more) before showing significant wear.
