794296 Spring - Stainless

The 794296 Spring - Stainless is an OEM component manufactured by Blackmer PSG Dover, designed specifically for use in positive displacement pumps and sliding vane pump systems. This stainless steel spring offers high durability and corrosion resistance, ensuring reliable performance in demanding industrial environments. Its precise coil diameter and length are engineered to meet OEM specifications, providing compatibility with numerous Blackmer and PSG pump models. The 794296 Spring - Stainless features a compact design with a standard coil spring shape, measuring approximately 50 mm in overall length with a 12 mm coil diameter, and a tension rating suited for mechanical precision functions within pump assemblies. The stainless steel construction enhances longevity by resisting oxidation and corrosion caused by harsh fluids, making it suitable for chemical, water treatment, and industrial process applications. Specific use cases for this spring include pump maintenance and assembly, replacement in existing Blackmer or PSG pump models, and applications where high chemical resistance and durability are priorities. It is ideal for technicians and engineers seeking OEM-quality parts to ensure equipment performs at optimal levels and maintains regulatory standards. The 794296 Spring - Stainless is a vital component for maintaining the proper tension and pump functionality, especially in environments with aggressive or corrosive fluids that require stainless steel compliance. Included in the package is the stainless steel spring itself; no additional components are included. This part is compatible with various OEM pump models within the Blackmer PSG Dover product lines, but compatibility should be verified with specific pump documentation before installation. Proper care involves regular inspections for signs of wear or corrosion, particularly in corrosive operational environments. The stainless steel material requires minimal cleaning, typically just wiped with a damp cloth or mild cleaning solution. No special lubrication is needed; however, verifying OEM guidance for maintenance intervals ensures optimal longevity. The spring is designed for long-term use when installed correctly and maintained according to standard industrial procedures.
