794046 Liquid Relief Body

The 794046 LIQUID RELIEF BODY by Blackmer is a high-quality pump component designed for use in positive displacement and sliding vane pump applications. Manufactured by Blackmer and supplied by KI Pumps of Waukesha, Wisconsin, it is engineered to ensure reliable operation and durability in demanding industrial environments. The 794046 LIQUID RELIEF BODY is constructed from corrosion-resistant materials, typically cast aluminum or stainless steel, providing structural integrity and long-term resistance to chemical and environmental degradation. Key materials ensure the component withstands high-pressure conditions during relief operations. Its physical dimensions include a standard size compatible with Blackmer pump models, with an approximately 4-inch (10.16 cm) diameter and a length of around 6 inches (15.24 cm). The weight of the relief body is roughly 2.5 kg (5.5 lbs), optimized for ease of installation and service. Notable features of the 794046 LIQUID RELIEF BODY include: Manufactured from durable cast aluminum or stainless steel, depending on specific application requirements. Designed with precise threading and porting to ensure proper fit and sealing within Blackmer pump assemblies. Includes integrated relief valve mounting interfaces for seamless integration into pump systems. Designed to withstand pressures up to 300 PSI (20.7 bar). Corrosion-resistant coating to increase lifespan in aggressive fluid environments. Meets industry standards for safety and performance compliance. This component is ideal for use in industrial fluid transfer across sectors including chemical processing, petroleum, and water treatment. It is particularly suited for applications requiring a reliable liquid relief mechanism to prevent overpressure scenarios. The 794046 LIQUID RELIEF BODY is an essential replacement part for maintaining pump system integrity, ensuring safe and efficient operation, and reducing downtime. Included with purchase are the relief body and mounting hardware. Not included are additional pump components or relief valves, which are sold separately. Care instructions involve regular inspection for corrosion or wear, and cleaning with non-abrasive agents. The component should be inspected periodically for integrity and replaced if signs of damage or excessive wear are detected. It is recommended to follow manufacturer guidelines for installation and maintenance to ensure long service life.
