793593 Gasket Set PTFE/ST7

The 793593 Gasket Set PTFE/ST7 by Blackmer is a replacement gasket set designed specifically for Blackmer pumps, including positive displacement and sliding vane pump models. This gasket set features PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) and ST7 materials, known for high chemical resistance, low friction, and durability in demanding industrial environments. The set includes multiple gaskets precisely manufactured to fit Blackmer pump parts, ensuring a secure, leak-free seal during operation. The 793593 Gasket Set PTFE/ST7 is engineered for long-lasting performance, with gaskets resistant to high temperatures up to 230°C (446°F) and capable of handling a wide range of chemicals, including corrosive fluids. The materials provide excellent sealing with minimal compression set, maintaining integrity over extended periods of use. This gasket set is compatible with Blackmer pump models designed for applications requiring reliable sealing in chemical processing, water treatment, and compressor systems. Dimensions vary based on specific gasket components included; the set typically covers pump sealing surfaces with gasket thicknesses around 1.5 mm to 2 mm, ensuring proper fit and seal integrity. The kit’s total weight is approximately 0.5 kg, and it includes all necessary gaskets for routine maintenance or repairs. Note that this gasket set does not include other pump components such as the pump body or impellers. Uses for the 793593 Gasket Set PTFE/ST7 include routine pump maintenance, repair of sealing failures, and upgrade of aging gasket parts to improve leak prevention. It is ideal for industrial users managing chemical pumps, fluid transfer systems, or positive displacement applications where reliable sealing is critical. The gasket set helps maintain optimal pump efficiency and minimizes downtime caused by leaks or gasket deterioration. Budget-conscious facilities benefit from this gasket set’s durability and cost-effectiveness in preventing costly pump failures. Includes the necessary gaskets for sealing pump components; no additional parts are included in the package. The set is shipped in a protective box, ensuring all gaskets arrive in new, unused condition. Proper installation requires standard gasket sealing procedures, and routine inspection is recommended to ensure ongoing leak prevention. Care instructions involve inspecting gaskets periodically for signs of wear or damage, and replacing them if deterioration occurs. PTFE/ST7 gasket sets like the 793593 generally require minimal maintenance. The gaskets are inert and resistant to most chemicals, but it is recommended to clean pump surfaces before installation to ensure proper sealing. This gasket set is guaranteed by Blackmer’s quality standards, with typical warranties covering manufacturing defects for up to one year from purchase.
