793298 Actuator Assembly, Hoerbiger

The 793298 actuator assembly by Hoerbiger, supplied by Blackmer and distributed through KI Pumps, is a high-precision component designed for use in industrial pumping systems. Manufactured with durable materials, this actuator assembly features the use of corrosion-resistant stainless steel and high-strength aluminum components, ensuring long-term performance and stability under demanding operational conditions. Its physical dimensions include an overall length of approximately 12 inches (304.8 mm), a diameter of 3 inches (76.2 mm), and a height of 4 inches (101.6 mm). The assembly weighs approximately 2.2 pounds (1 kg), making it compatible with a range of pump models requiring precise actuation mechanisms. Key features of the 793298 actuator assembly include a robust piston stroke of 25 mm, a maximum pressure rating of 150 psi (10.3 bar), and an operating temperature range from -20°C to +80°C (-4°F to 176°F). It incorporates a sealed hydraulic system with O-ring seals made of Viton for chemical resistance and leak prevention. The assembly also includes a built-in feedback sensor for accurate positioning and a quick-connect mounting system for simplified installation and maintenance. This actuator assembly is suitable for various use cases, such as controlling valve operations in oil and gas processing, precision regulation in chemical processing, and automation in manufacturing facilities. It is ideal for technicians and engineers seeking reliable, maintenance-friendly components that enhance system responsiveness and longevity, particularly in applications where the 793298 actuator assembly is specified or recommended by system designers. Included in the package are the actuator assembly with attached hydraulic lines and mounting hardware. Not included are additional control units or electrical connectors, which must be purchased separately based on specific system requirements. Proper care involves regular inspection for hydraulic fluid leaks, cleaning with compatible solvents, and periodic replacement of O-rings and seals as necessary. The assembly is covered by a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and material integrity when used within specified parameters.
