792088 Retainer Ring

The 792088 RETAINER RING by Blackmer is a precision-engineered component designed for use in positive displacement and sliding vane pumps. Supplied by KI Pumps, based in Waukesha, WI, this retainer ring is produced to high-quality standards to ensure durability and reliable sealing within pump assemblies. Constructed from corrosion-resistant metal alloys, the 792088 RETAINER RING offers resistance to wear, deformation, and exposure to industrial fluids. The ring has an internal diameter of approximately 60 mm and a width of 8 mm, fitting specific Blackmer pump models requiring this size. Its design guarantees a secure fit, preventing movement or displacement during pump operation, which is essential for maintaining optimal performance and preventing leaks. Key features include: Manufactured from durable, corrosion-resistant metal alloys Internal diameter approximately 60 mm, width 8 mm (specific to certain Blackmer models) Precisely machined for high-precision fit within pump assemblies Provides secure retention for pump components, reducing vibration and wear Suitable for demanding industrial environments involving liquids and chemicals This 792088 RETAINER RING is ideal for use in industrial applications such as chemical processing, manufacturing, and fluid handling systems where reliable pump operation is critical. It is suitable for technicians and engineers replacing worn or damaged retention components to restore pump integrity without the need for complete assembly replacement. Best suited for established Blackmer pump models requiring this particular retainer ring size. Each package includes one 792088 RETAINER RING, with no additional tools or accessories included. It's recommended to inspect and clean the pump assembly before installation to ensure proper seating and function. To maintain optimal performance, the retainer ring should be checked periodically for signs of wear or corrosion. It can be cleaned with industry-standard metal cleaners and inspected for cracks or deformation. The component does not require special lubricants but should be handled with care during installation to prevent damage. For longevity, routine maintenance based on pump operation conditions is recommended.
