790450 BUSHING-3/4 X 1/4

The 790450 BUSHING - 3/4 x 1/4 by Blackmer, supplied by KI Pumps, is a precision machined pump component designed for reliable performance in positive displacement applications. This bushing features a standard size of 3/4 inch outer diameter and 1/4 inch inner diameter, making it compatible with various pump models requiring this specification. Constructed from durable, corrosion-resistant materials such as steel or bronze, the 790450 BUSHING is designed to withstand operational stresses and provide long-lasting performance. Measuring approximately 1.5 inches in length, this bushing is engineered to fit securely in pump assemblies, ensuring proper alignment and reducing wear on related components. It is suitable for use in industrial, agricultural, and chemical processing pumps where durability and precision are critical. The 790450 BUSHING plays a vital role in maintaining pump efficiency by supporting rotating shafts and minimizing friction, thereby enhancing overall reliability.  This product is ideal for pump maintenance, repair, and replacement tasks within systems that utilize Blackmer or compatible pump models requiring a 3/4 x 1/4 size bushing. It is particularly suitable for applications where corrosion resistance and mechanical stability are essential, including chemical transfer, food processing, and fluid handling industries. The 790450 BUSHING is an essential component to ensure optimal pump performance and operational longevity. Included in the package is the 790450 BUSHING itself; additional mounting hardware or related components are not included. The bushing requires no special tools for installation but should be inspected periodically for signs of wear or damage. For maintenance, it is recommended to clean the bushing periodically to prevent buildup of debris and inspect for signs of corrosion or excessive wear. The bushing can be cleaned with mild solvents and is designed for long-term durability under normal operating conditions. No specific warranty is provided; replacing the bushing as part of regular maintenance ensures continued pump reliability.
