790154 Mechanical Seal (Sncn)

The 790154 Mechanical Seal (Sncn) by Blackmer is a precision-engineered sealing component designed specifically for use with Blackmer pumps. This mechanical seal features a silicon carbide (Sncn) stationary face and a carbon rotating face, providing excellent wear resistance and thermal stability. The seal body is constructed from durable stainless steel, ensuring corrosion resistance and long service life. Physical dimensions of the 790154 Mechanical Seal (Sncn) include a face diameter of 25.4 mm (1 inch) and a shaft size compatibility of 19.05 mm (3/4 inch). It is designed to fit Blackmer positive displacement and sliding vane pumps, maintaining compatibility with specific model ranges. The seal's overall height is approximately 40 mm, and its weight is around 0.15 kg. Key features of this mechanical seal include: Made with silicon carbide (Sncn) faces for high durability Constructed from stainless steel for corrosion resistance Suitable for pumps handling water, chemicals, oils, and viscous fluids Operates efficiently within temperature ranges up to 150°C (302°F) Designed with a spring-loaded face to maintain sealing integrity under varying pressures This 790154 Mechanical Seal (Sncn) is ideal for use in industrial applications requiring reliable sealing, including chemical processing, water treatment, and petroleum industries. It is particularly suitable for operators seeking to improve pump efficiency while minimizing leak risks. This seal is considered a reliable, long-lasting solution for blackmer pump maintenance, fitting specific models and operational conditions detailed in Blackmer's technical manuals. Included in the package is the complete mechanical seal assembly, with installation instructions. Not included are replacement gaskets or additional pump components. For proper care, regular inspection and cleaning of the seal are recommended. The seal should be replaced if signs of wear, corrosion, or leakage are observed. It does not include a warranty, but proper handling and alignment ensure maximum lifespan.
