Roland Cornichons distinguish themselves through the use of both tarragon and coriander. As these cornichons have only a very short time in a salt brine, they do not have the salty taste nor high sodium content of the regular gherkin or pickle(cucumbers). Storage Instructions: Roland Cornichons can be stored at room temperature; however, the crispness is brought out if they are refrigerated first. Refrigerate after opening.
