7160-0055 - 2006-2007 Chevy Impala Vehicle Base

Seat Configuration Bucket Features Base uses weight and pressure of the seat and the mechanical counter balance of the base design to secure it under the seat. We recommend fastening the base using the four (4) holes located on the base and drilling into the vehicle floor for extra security rather than using the seat bolts. One (1) Offset Universal Mounting Step (DS-STEP) included with vehicle base. Additional Offset Universal Mounting Steps can be ordered to stack on top of each other if needed. Offset Universal Mounting Step should be pointed towards the passenger seat to move the mounting system away from the dash. Support Brace (7160-0230) is highly recommended to reduce system vibration Heavy gauge steel construction for long-term durability Black powder coat finish for maximum corrosion resistance Recommended Pole Solution DS-LOWER-7 - Lower Tube 7160-0178 - Upper Pole 7160-0220 - Mongoose Motion Attachment Tubes, poles and motion attachment ordered separately For vehicle kit, see 7170-0144. Kit includes vehicle base and the recommended pole solution as stated above. No substitutions. Warranty: Limited Lifetime A limited lifetime warranty is against manufacturer defects, not normal wear and tear. Availability, Lead Times and Shipping Please note that ALL Gamber-Johnson and Havis mounting and docking equipment typically takes at least a week to ship.  Lead times can often be 3-6+ weeks or longer depending on the exact items purchased.  The following is guidance only and changes frequently. Basic mounting hardware such as plates or poles:  1-2 weeks to ship Vehicle-specific kits or more complex mounting solutions:  2-4 weeks to ship Powered docking stations with port replication:  4-8+ weeks to ship. Please call, email, or chat with us to discuss lead times as it specifically relates to your needs.  Expedited shipping methods selected at checkout do not speed up lead times but rather reduce transit time when an order ships.
