It is a complete bolt-on kit to adapt a 47mm Minarelli Vertical cylinder onto a long rod bottom end.  This kit includes: Cast Iron Minarelli Vertical Cylinder VM20 Intake Long Rod Spacer Plate Minarelli Vertical Reed Valve Piston Rings Head Wristpin Base Gasket Reed Gasket Exhaust Gasket IMPORTANT: set your squish properly 0.8-1.2mm. Choose your crank stroke 38mm or 40mm.
