The 702351 O-RING EP by Blackmer is a precision-engineered sealing component designed for use in positive displacement pumps. Manufactured by Blackmer, a recognized leader in pump technology, this O-ring ensures reliable hydraulic sealing in demanding operating conditions. Constructed from high-quality elastomer materials, the 702351 O-RING provides excellent chemical resistance, flexibility, and durability to withstand high pressure and temperature variations frequently encountered in pump applications. Key specifications include a cross-sectional diameter of approximately 2.214 inches, with dimensions tailored to fit specific Blackmer pump models. The material composition is typically nitrile rubber (NBR), offering resistance to oils, fuels, and other common fluids in industrial settings. The O-ring’s high-grade materials contribute to a long service life, reducing maintenance needs and minimizing downtime. This 702351 O-RING EP is suitable for sealing applications within positive displacement pumps, including rotary and reciprocating pump designs. It is ideal for environments requiring a reliable, tight seal to prevent leaks under pressure. This component is well-suited for use in fluid transfer, chemical processing, and other industrial systems where pump integrity is critical. The 702351 O-RING is compatible with a broad range of fluids and maintains sealing properties across varying operational conditions, making it an essential part for ensuring pump performance and longevity. Included in the package is the single 702351 O-RING EP component. Not included are installation tools or additional sealing accessories. Proper installation requires cleaning and inspection of the sealing surface to ensure optimal performance. Care and maintenance involve regular inspections for signs of wear, cracking, or deformation, and replacement when necessary. The O-ring should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and chemicals. It is recommended to follow OEM guidelines for installation to preserve sealing integrity and prolong service life.
