702321 O-Ring HNBR

The 702321 O-RING HNBR by Blackmer is a high-quality sealing component designed for reliable performance in demanding pump applications. Supplied by KI Pumps of Waukesha, WI, a recognized global supplier of positive displacement and sliding vane pumps, this O-RING ensures optimal sealing and pump efficiency. Constructed from high-grade hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber (HNBR), the 702321 O-RING offers excellent resistance to heat, oils, chemicals, and abrasive fluids, making it suitable for a variety of industrial environments. The O-RING features an O.D. of approximately 1.13 inches (28.7 mm) and a cross-sectional diameter of about 0.13 inches (3.3 mm), fitting specific Blackmer pump models designed for demanding conditions. Its precise dimensions are critical to maintaining leak-proof operation and extending component lifespan. Key features of the 702321 O-RING include: Manufactured from hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber (HNBR) for superior chemical and temperature resistance Dimensions approximately 1.13 inches (28.7 mm) outer diameter and 0.13 inches (3.3 mm) cross-section Designed for compatibility with select Blackmer pump models requiring a durable sealing component Resistant to oils, fuels, glycol, and other aggressive fluids commonly used in industrial pumping systems Provides reliable sealing for high-pressure and high-temperature applications This 702321 O-RING is ideal for use in applications where maintaining a reliable seal under challenging conditions is critical. It is suitable for industrial, hydraulic, chemical processing, and fluid transfer systems that demand high chemical resistance and durability. If you are operating Blackmer pumps or similar positive displacement pumps requiring a robust O-RING seal, this component is an appropriate choice. The 702321 O-RING HNBR ships as a single unit, with no additional components included. Proper installation involves ensuring an even, clean surface to prevent damage and optimize sealing performance. For maintenance, the 702321 O-RING should be inspected regularly for signs of wear or damage. It can be cleaned with appropriate solvent and should be replaced if cracking, hardening, or deformation occurs. Compatibility with standard O-RING lubricant is recommended during installation to facilitate placement and improve sealing integrity. A warranty or guarantee typically applies from the manufacturer or supplier, subject to standard terms for industrial sealing components.
