702320 O-Ring 2-217 HNBR

The 702320 O-RING 2-217 HNBR is a high-quality sealing component manufactured by Blackmer, distributed by KI Pumps of Waukesha, Wisconsin. Designed for optimal sealing performance, this O-ring is made from high-toggle nitrile (HNBR), offering excellent chemical resistance, high tensile strength, and durability in demanding applications. Constructed from HNBR material, the 702320 O-RING features a cross-sectional diameter of approximately 2-3 millimeters and a diameter of 217 millimeters, making it suitable for specific sealing requirements in positive displacement and sliding vane pump assemblies. Its robust composition ensures resistance to heat, oils, and abrasion, contributing to a longer service life and maintaining sealing integrity under extreme operating conditions. Dimensions include an inner diameter of approximately 217 mm with a cross-section of 2 to 3 mm, suitable for connection sizes within this range. The O-ring's typical application involves sealing fluid transfer systems, hydraulic components, and pump assemblies requiring reliable, high-performance sealing elements. Key features include: Material: High-toggle nitrile (HNBR) for chemical and temperature resistance Outer diameter: approximately 217 mm Cross-sectional thickness: about 2-3 mm Compatible with fluids such as oils, fuels, and hydraulic liquids Designed for use in positive displacement and sliding vane pumps Temperature resistance up to 120°C (248°F) Resistant to ozone, weathering, and aging This 702320 O-RING is ideal for maintaining sealing integrity in industrial pump systems, hydraulic applications, and machinery where durable, reliable seals are essential. It is particularly suited for users seeking to replace worn or damaged sealing components with a high-performance, long-lasting part. The O-ring is suitable for maintenance and retrofit projects requiring exact sizing and chemical compatibility. Included in the package is one 702320 O-RING 2-217 HNBR. Not included are installation tools or additional sealing components. Care instructions involve inspecting the O-ring regularly for signs of wear or damage, avoiding exposure to extreme temperatures beyond recommended limits, and storing in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight. The O-ring does not come with a specific warranty but should be replaced if compromised to maintain system performance.
