702233 O-Ring TS PFA

The 702233 O-RING TS PFA by Blackmer is a high-performance sealing component supplied by KI Pumps, a recognized global supplier of pump components and replacement parts. This O-ring is designed specifically to fit pumps requiring durable and chemically resistant seals, making it suitable for various industrial applications. Constructed from fluoropolymer (PFA), the 702233 O-RING offers excellent chemical resistance, withstanding aggressive fluids such as acids, solvents, and other corrosive substances. The O-ring features a precise cross-section diameter of approximately 2.267 inches, with a typical groove diameter matching standard pump specifications, ensuring reliable sealing performance and compatibility across multiple pump models. Durability and performance are key attributes, with the O-ring measuring about 0.2 inches thick and capable of withstanding temperature ranges from -100°F to +500°F, depending on chemical exposure conditions. The PFA material ensures excellent resistance to aging, UV, and ozone, providing extended service life in demanding environments. This 702233 O-RING is ideal for use in positive displacement pumps, particularly in industries such as chemical processing, food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, and water treatment, where chemical compatibility and sealing reliability are critical. It is also suitable for maintenance and repair of existing pump equipment that requires a high-quality PFA O-ring to prevent leaks and prolong operational life. Each pack includes one O-ring; additional hardware or pumps are not included. The O-ring should be inspected regularly for signs of wear or damage, and replacement is recommended when signs of degradation appear to sustain optimal sealing function. Care instructions involve routine inspection for cracks, tears, or deformation. The PFA material is resistant to most cleaning agents, but abrasive or high-temperature cleaning methods should be avoided to preserve integrity. Warranty and specific cleaning procedures can be obtained from manufacturer guidelines or KI Pumps customer support.
