The 700R4 & AOD TV Cable Corrector Kit is designed to resolve common TV cable alignment issues in GM transmissions and Ford AOD setups, especially in high-performance applications with non-OEM induction components. By correcting geometry inaccuracies, the kit ensures the spring compresses to absorb excessive TV cable pull at wide-open throttle (WOT), preventing misalignment and improper adjustment. Proper TV cable function is critical for smooth shifting, reduced wear, and transmission longevity, making this kit a quick, simple, and effective solution for optimal performance.
