7/8 Roof Rack - 5th Gen 4Runner

This listing is for a complete 7/8 Roof Rack. The Roof Rack comes standard with six Ruggedized Crossbars, and an integrated wind fairing crossbar. Our 7/8 Roof Rack is ideal for those looking for a roof rack that balances additional capacity with weight and size. The 7/8 is ideal for the weekend overlander. It is big enough to use with a Roof Top Tent and still carry some additional cargo, or fully load out with cargo!  The 7/8 Rack sits directly over the sunroof. It should not interfere with venting operation, but will block the view. We typically recommend either a 3/4 or a Full rack if you have a sunroof.   Our unique Ruggedized Crossbar design utilizes a series of mounting slots to maximize ease of bolting on accessories, and work with M8 T nuts as well! Installing your accessories has never been easier.  The side rails are constructed of 11 gauge carbon or stainless steel with multiple bends for excellent strength and rigidity and powder coated with the same UV Stable automotive grade powder coating as the Ruggedized Crossbars. Our hardware is Grade 8.8 M8 bolts finished in a harsh environment coating with Nordlock washers and nuts. Nordlock washers are vibration resistant and take quite a bit of torque to loosen once tightened! These washers will not shake loose on the trail! Available with all carbon steel or stainless steel construction for a corrosion resistant option. Also now available with our Integrated Lightbar Fairing. Installation does NOT require drilling. Uses factory bolt holes. Add additional crossbars using any of our 5th Gen 4Runner Crossbars Toyota specifies a maximum dynamic load rating for the roof of 300 pounds.
