Description In the 1930s, the apprentices of Frank Lloyd Wright’s Taliesin Fellowship celebrated the season with handmade holiday cards. This lively tree comes from one such design by Eugene Masselink, Wright’s trusted secretary and muralist. Masselink translated nature into bold, geometric forms, echoing Wright’s philosophy while crafting a style all his own. His Christmas card designs became cherished tokens within the Fellowship community—expressions of joy, creativity, and connection. Motawi’s adaptation brings this holiday gem to life in ceramic form. ®/©/™ Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation. All rights reserved.
