6x6 White Premium Aluminum Linear Slot Diffuser – Modern Design (Duct Opening)

⚠️ CHECK SIZE BEFORE PURCHASE: This 6x6 linear slot diffuser fits a 6" × 6" duct opening (the hole in your wall, ceiling, or floor — not your old cover face). See the full 6x6 sizing guide → Fits a 6" × 6" duct opening — measure the hole, not your old cover face. Drop-in surface-mount replacement — no drywall, flooring, or duct modification required. Modern minimalist slot design for contemporary interiors and cleaner visual lines. Solid alloy aluminum — rust-resistant, durable, and zero plastic parts. Wall, ceiling, or low-traffic floor compatible — one diffuser, multiple install scenarios. Multi-directional adjustable airflow — direct air left, right, both ways, or fully closed. TÜV Rheinland tested — lead-free coating, phthalate-free materials, Prop 65 compliant, and corrosion-resistant finish. Designed for modern interiors, engineered for comfort Upgrade an existing 6" × 6" duct opening with a surface-mount aluminum slot diffuser built for modern American homes. This white surface-mount diffuser installs on walls, ceilings, and low-traffic floors, giving existing duct openings a cleaner, more intentional finish. White finish pairs naturally with white trim, light ceilings, painted walls, Scandinavian interiors, and light wood floors. Designed to upgrade, not to remodel Instead of hiding an outdated grille behind furniture or paint, this diffuser turns the vent itself into a more finished architectural detail. Inside: heavy-gauge aluminum, a multi-directional adjustable blade system, and a powder-coated finish made for everyday residential use. Outside: a clean slot profile that looks more refined than a bulky stamped grille. Sizing Guide — Will a 6x6 fit your space? IMPORTANT: Measure the hole in your wall, ceiling, or floor — do not measure your old vent cover. This 6x6 aluminum vent cover is designed to fit a standard 6" × 6" duct opening (also listed as a 6x6 wall register or 6 x 6 vent cover). Duct opening size: 6" × 6" (this is what you measure) Neck size: 5-3/4" × 5-3/4" Overall face size: 7-3/4" × 7-3/4" Design note: Like all linear slot diffusers, this model has a narrower face panel than many traditional louvered grilles to achieve a cleaner, minimal aesthetic. It may not fully conceal the unpainted area left by an old AC vent cover — a light paint touch-up may be needed for a perfectly finished look. Quick check: Remove your existing vent cover. Measure the opening in the wall, ceiling, or floor — not the old cover. If the opening is approximately 6" × 6", this 6x6 linear slot diffuser fits. Designed for modern homes The 6x6 size works well where the duct opening is compact but square—small bedrooms, home offices, walk-in closets, and finished utility spaces. The balanced face shape looks intentional on both walls and ceilings without drawing too much attention. On the wall Replaces dated stamped-steel grilles in small bedrooms, home offices, walk-in closets, and compact ceiling openings. The clean slot line helps the HVAC opening blend into the room instead of becoming a visual distraction. On the ceiling Creates a low-profile look for finished ceilings, modern condos, kitchens, bathrooms, and basements. Use the included screws for a secure wall or ceiling installation. On the floor Works in low-traffic floor areas where a modern register-style look is preferred. For busy walkways or heavy foot traffic, choose a heavier-duty floor register. Premium Features Durable aluminum body: Built from aluminum for a lightweight but solid feel, with a finish designed for long-term residential use. Minimalist linear face: The clean slot pattern replaces bulky louvered grilles with a more intentional architectural look. Multi-directional damper: Fine-tune comfort by adjusting airflow direction without replacing the unit or modifying the duct. Easy-care finish: The coated surface can be wiped down with a damp cloth and supports a cleaner look over time. Tested Safe for Your Home: Independently tested by TÜV Rheinland across 4 safety standards — lead-free surface coating, phthalate-free materials, free of PBT toxic chemicals, and corrosion-resistant finish per ASTM B117 salt spray standard. 5-Minute Retrofit Installation Designed as a direct replacement for standard 6" × 6" duct openings with no structural modification required. On Walls & Ceilings: Mounts with the included screws through pre-drilled hidden side holes. Only a screwdriver and the included adjustment tool are needed. On Floors: Drop the cover into the existing opening in low-traffic areas. Optional screws may be used for extra hold. Fully Removable: The diffuser can be removed for cleaning, painting, maintenance, or future room updates. What size do I order — 6x6 or face size? Order by duct opening size. 6x6 means a 6" × 6" duct opening—the hole in your wall, ceiling, or floor. The visible face size of this diffuser is 7-3/4" × 7-3/4". 2. Is a linear slot diffuser better for modern interiors? For contemporary rooms, yes. The straight slot profile looks cleaner than stamped louvers and pairs well with minimalist walls, ceilings, hardwood floors, and modern trim details. 3. Can I install this 6x6 vent cover on a ceiling? Yes. This 6x6 linear slot diffuser can be installed on walls, ceilings, or low-traffic floors as long as the duct opening measures 6" × 6". Use the included screws for wall and ceiling installation. 4. Does it include an adjustable airflow damper? Yes. The built-in adjustment bar lets you direct airflow left, right, evenly to both sides, or fully close the blades to reduce airflow into unused rooms. 5. Can this diffuser be used for both supply and return air? It can be used for supply air and many residential return openings. For high-volume returns or filtration needs, choose a dedicated 6x6 air return grille with pre-filter instead. 6. Can I use a filter with this linear slot diffuser? No. Standard filters should not be placed behind individual vent covers because they can restrict airflow and strain the HVAC system. Use a return grille with a pre-filter if filtration at the vent is required. 7. Is the finish paintable? Yes. The powder-coated finish is durable as shipped, but it can be lightly sanded, primed, and painted with standard spray paint for custom color matching. 8. Can this be installed outdoors? Yes, in sheltered locations such as covered patios, garages, and enclosed porches. It is not intended for direct rain exposure.
