When I showed up to the 5th tee at Sand Valley this particular morning it was mostly overcast but there were some really amazing cloud formations. As I mentioned, the 5th tee is a wonderful spot to be a sunrise to photograph numerous holes, the 6th hole included. As luck would have it, shortly after sunrise the clouds broke up enough to the sun could peak through and I was able to capture this shot. It's one of my favorites of Sand Valley.
