It’s made for users who need a high degree of control when processing multiple tape types in parallel or sequential runs. This electric tape dispenser supports two rolls at once, thanks to dual photo sensors and a built-in separator. It handles widths from 6 to 60 mm and can store six programmable lengths up to 999 mm. Cut pieces can be folded automatically at the edge with a 7 mm fold, supporting clean placement on substrates. It accepts a range of materials including aluminum foil, vinyl, double-sided, filament, and protective film. Cut length is digitally set, and a tape guide holds segments in position after cutting. The unit requires no bobbin and supports non-adhesive tapes, making it suitable for protective or structural applications as well. Accessories include a guide plate, tweezers, blade oil, and a power cord. With anti-static ABS construction, support for rolls up to 300 mm OD, and operation on 100–240V AC, the ASG EZ-10K automatic tape dispenser is built for consistent, flexible use in varied production settings.
