EMG JH Set Brushed Chrome Humbucker Guitar Pickup James Hetfield

EMG JH Set James Hetfield “Het” Humbucker Guitar Pickup -Brushed Chrome-NEW In brief: 6-string Electric Guitar Pickup Set, Signature, with 2 Active Humbucker Pickups - Brushed Chrome Born from a collaboration between metal legend James Hetfield and EMG, the JH “Het” Set is the result of a bold challenge: create a pickup set that delivers the raw clarity and punch of passive pickups, while retaining the signature power and precision of EMG's active electronics. The result is nothing short of historic. The EMG JH Set includes the JH-N (neck) and JH-B (bridge) pickups—each meticulously designed to push the boundaries of tone and aesthetics. The JH-N features individual ceramic pole pieces and oversized bobbins for a beefier low end, higher output, and sharper attack than a traditional EMG 60. The JH-B, inspired by the iconic EMG 81, swaps bar magnets for steel pole pieces, delivering tight, aggressive highs and a cleaner low end for articulate riffing and lead work. Now available with EMG’s Metal Works stainless steel caps—including sleek finishes like Chrome, Brushed Black Chrome, and Gold—the JH Set doesn’t just sound killer, it looks the part too. It’s stealthy. It’s sleek. It’s fast-looking. Loaded with EMG’s Solderless Installation System, this set includes everything you need for a quick, clean install—no soldering required.
