Its pneumatically assisted articulating design ensures smooth operation while maintaining consistent positioning across benchtop workspaces. This tool balancer arm absorbs up to 150 lbf.in of torque reaction, reducing strain from fastening cycles. It supports tools up to 10 lbs and extends to a maximum reach of 27.75 inches. With a forearm/backarm configuration of 12 x 12 inches, the structure provides balanced coverage across standard setups. As a pneumatically assisted unit, this tool balancer arm minimizes the force required from the operator, promoting better control and reducing wrist or shoulder fatigue during long shifts. The 30-inch standard height fits most stations, and optional accessories like clamp mounts or custom couplings are available for varied tool profiles. Built from lightweight, durable materials, the ASG 24" Torque Arm is backed by a one-year warranty to support continuous performance.
