ASG 30" Torque Arm (Spring Loaded)

Features: Spring Loaded Easily mounts to bench-top.  Maintains tool location while allowing easy movement Durable and lightweight design Adjustable height Helps reduce potential operator injury to arm, wrist, or hand Optional Accessories: (contact us): Clamp Mount Specialized tool mount couplings Optional heavy-duty spring set (65048) The ASG 30" Torque Arm improves tool handling during repetitive assembly by offering guided, controlled motion across benchtop setups. Its articulating structure and spring-assisted operation help maintain tool positioning while allowing for smooth movement. This tool balancer arm supports up to 100 lbf.in of torque reaction and accommodates tools weighing up to 5 lbs, making it suitable for most light- to mid-range fastening applications. The 33.75-inch reach and 12 x 18-inch forearm and backarm configuration provide wide coverage while reducing the strain of tool use over time. The design of this spring loaded arm minimizes transmitted torque to the operator, reducing fatigue and improving workflow consistency. Optional add-ons include clamp mounts and specialized couplings for different tool styles, offering further adaptability. Constructed from lightweight yet durable components the ASG 30" Torque Arm is backed by a one-year warranty for consistent day-to-day reliability.
