ASG 24" Torque Arm (Spring Loaded)

Features: Spring Loaded Easily mounts to bench-top.  Maintains tool location while allowing easy movement Durable and lightweight design Adjustable height Helps reduce potential operator injury to arm, wrist, or hand Optional Accessories: (contact us): Clamp Mount Specialized tool mount couplings Optional heavy-duty spring set (65048) The ASG 24" Torque Arm is designed to stabilize tool positioning while allowing controlled movement across a benchtop workspace. Its articulating design and spring-assisted operation support smooth motion while offsetting torque, making it well suited for repetitive fastening tasks. This tool balancer arm enables consistent positioning, which helps minimize strain and fatigue. This arm supports up to 5 lbs of tool weight and absorbs up to 100 lbf.in of torque reaction, reducing force transfer to the operator. The 27.5-inch maximum reach combined with a 30-inch standard height and 12 x 12-inch arm segments offers flexible coverage for most assembly applications. The design of this spring loaded arm accommodates optional accessories, including clamp mounts and custom tool couplings, for tailored setups. Constructed from durable, lightweight materials, the ASG 24" Torque Arm is built for repeat use and backed by a one-year warranty to ensure reliable performance in high-use environments.
