Its linear design ensures smooth, straight-line tool movement and consistent alignment during repetitive fastening tasks. This model features a single integrated balancer (Model 64025), managing tools up to 1.5 lbs while supporting torque reactions up to 150 lbf.in. The setup promotes guided, strain-free motion, reducing stress on the operator’s arm over extended use. The tool balancer arm allows for repositioning without effort, enhancing control without compromising reach. With a linear reach of 19.5 inches, it suits narrow workspaces where side-to-side movement must remain precise. The structure's fixed path improves accuracy in high-cycle environments, while the adjustable vertical height accommodates different station layouts. Optional accessories such as clamp mounts and custom couplings can adapt the arm to varied tool styles. Designed for industrial use and backed by a one-year warranty, the ASG 20" Torque Arm provides long-term durability and reliable operation.
