Its linear configuration provides stable tool guidance across a fixed vertical path, supporting steady operation through repetitive fastening cycles. The tool balancer arm accommodates a 5.0 lb maximum tool weight and absorbs torque reactions up to 150 lbf.in, making it well-suited for medium-load tools in high-frequency assembly work. With a reach of 26.75 inches, it balances accessibility and control in tight or wide workspaces. The integrated tool balancer helps offset weight, allowing for smoother repositioning while reducing strain during tool manipulation. Designed for benchtop integration, the system helps streamline motion without introducing lateral drift. By isolating torque forces through a linear support path, this tool balancer arm improves comfort and reduces cumulative stress on the operator’s hand and shoulder. With an adjustable 46-inch height and compatibility with optional clamps or couplings, it adapts to varying tool profiles and layout needs. The ASG 27" Torque Arm is built for lasting reliability and reduced operator fatigue in daily use.
