Pinolith Medicine Bear by Andres Lementino

A pinolith medicine bear with turquoise inlaid eyes carved by Andres Lementino with his newly designed bear claw inlaid to the bear's left side - inlaid with bits of black marble, apple coral, orange spiny oyster, gold-lip and turquoise. The Zuni tribe view the bear as a powerful symbol of healing, protection, strength, and introspection. As the designated protector of the West, the bear is considered a vital spiritual guide and is a source of wisdom during times of change and transition. Pinolith aka; pine stone - is named for its trapped magnesite minerals that resemble white pine cones or kernels ie; pine nuts. Pinolith is considered a grounding and stabilizing stone, believed to promote emotional balance, reduce stress, enhance clarity of mind, and foster a sense of inner peace.
