A small caramel, tan and cream colored jijilite medicine bear with turquoise inlaid eyes carved by Priscilla Lasiloo. Priscilla added a lovely offering bundle to the top of the bear's back with sinew featuring a black marble arrow head with a turquoise bead placed on one side and a branch coral bead placed on the other. The Zuni tribe view the bear as a powerful symbol of healing, protection, strength, and introspection. As the designated protector of the West, the bear is considered a vital spiritual guide and is a source of wisdom during times of change and transition. Artist: Priscilla Lasiloo Size: 5/16 in. wide x 1-1/4 in. long x 5/8 in. tall #64947
