Angelite Mole by Melvin Sandoval

A plump muted periwinkle colored angelite mole carved by the abstract artist Melvin Sandoval with its face turned to its left side. Melvin carved the front feet in the round and gave the mole a prominent tail. Moles share a connection with the energies of the earth, have knowledge of herbs, roots, minerals, seeds and rivers, are sensitive to touch and vibration and remind us all to turn inwards - allowing for introspection and awareness of the subtle energies and influences that shape our lives.
